I bought a kit and an accessory kit, and the service was fast and efficient. I live in Australia, so the power connections are different, but it seems quite easy to accomodate the differences. I have found them to be helpful and professional and recommend them highly.

I got most of what I ordered pretty quick. There was a problem with 1 item and customer service handled it right away. I am still waiting for a back ordered item and haven\'t heard anything yet.

This product is excellent, it meets our product photography needs, I sent an email and was called by the owner of the business directly so he could understand my needs. Informative site with exceptionally helpful customer service. When I called about problems I was having with my jewelry photography they had me email them the photos, reviewed techniques with me to improve them and worked with me to order only the equipment I needed as I wanted to use the equipment I already had as much as I could. Fast delivery, order went out same day and delivered 2 days later. Wish the cube prices were less as that was too expensive to purchase.

The website is outstanding! Answers most questions a typical buyer would have. I called anyway though to get a clarification and to my amazement someone answered! Not a receptionist but someone very knowledgeable about the products. Imagine that! My question was answered and I ordered the next day. It shipped right away and the order was perfect. Just a top-notch transaction all around. The DVD is incredibly helpful and our product photos were excellent from the very first one. Thank you!

I needed this for a last minute photo shoot, I\\'m a landscape photographer, not a studio photographer, so I needed just enough equipment to do the job. This was perfect, plus their tutorials on photographing jewelry really helped. The client was very happy with the finished photos.

I bought the 20" with the short lights and turntable. Everything I received is higher quality than I expected. I wish the price were a little cheaper, only because I want to buy more tents, lights, and accessories. Unless you have a long table, I would recommend buying the tall lights. A 20" tent on a card table with long lights is the perfect temporary setup.

Extremely helpful and courteous. Unfortunately, the product was not the solution to our needs and had to return the items to the store. There were no problems encountered and refund was immediate. My order arrived quickly and very well packaged. The website is a wealth of information about table top photography. The items I purchased were very well made, break down and store in the provided carrying cases. My first attempt at my photos resulted in very professionnal looking photos....this I attirbute less to my photographic skills and more to the color balanced lighting and the EZcube and their instructional tutorials. I would most definitely recommend this product. The only SLIGHT drawback is that the 30" cube is difficult to wrap up in the tidy little compact package to fit back into the case; however, it can be knocked down to store flat with ease. This product will be a great asset to my business--I wish I had found it sooner!! ...
