    Body: Shipped and received in timely fashion. Very easy to assemble. I am completely satisfied with both the transaction and the purchase. I bought the deluxe jewelry tabletop photography studio kit, and even though I am mechanically challenged had no trouble setting it up. Works great too. I am a beginner at product photography and am getting some amazingly good pictures already. The lamps, bulbs, tents and accessories were extremely well packaged; the box is even designed to store the studio to make it more portable. The only piece I received which I couldn't figure out what it was at first is a plastic handle to insert in the closed-up box in perfectly pre-cut holes so that the whole studio can be packed back up and carried like a suitcase. I am very impressed. I have been struggling for a year to take good enough photos of my doll clothes and jewelry to post them in my web store. The first ones I took using the tabletop studio were good enough to do that. AMAZING. The only problem I had was to get the lamp with 4 bulbs to stay upright. I finally got it adjusted. It was probably just me.

    Body: I'm pleased with this purchase. The product works well and has already saved me time, money, and hassle. The folks at Table-Top really seem to care about sharing their knowledge and making it easy for customers to use the equipement effectively. Prior to placing my order, I called customer service and got a very real, grounded, knowledgeable person. The shipping box is expertly packed. I suggest making a diagram of how it all fits in the box so that you can repack it for travel or storage. The video is very helpful. I ordered the 30" cube, and received a free 12" cube with it. The 12" would work only on very small items. However, it is good to have as a reference for folding up the big cube. That is a bit of a challenge at first. Tip for folding the big cube: lay the cube on its back with theopening towards the ceiling, then fold down the sides. This gives you a flat square. The next step -- twisting it into its final round shape -- takes a bit of nerve; I was afraid that I would break it. Now that I've done it 3 times, it's easy. The Kuhl lights are great. I wish that I had ordered the third hightlights light when I placed my original order so that it would all fit in a single box when I travel for shoots. Overall, the cube is very easy to use and does a great job of diffusing light. The lights run cool and the light stands are sufficiently sturdy. They fold easily. I hope that the flexible inner structure that gives shape to both the cube and the lighting reflectors hold up over time. As long as I work carefully and don't jam or force them, I think they will.

    Body: The purchase of the equipment was easy, shipment was very timely and they provided all that I purchased, packed well and as promised. They provided training information with the materials and I was very impressed with the purchasing/sales portion of my purchase. However, I had an question and looked as drirected on their web site for the answer. When I couldn't find it I sent an E-mail requesting assistance. It was never responded to. This company should improve their customer service to the level of their sales processes.

    Body: I bought the 20" with the short lights and turntable. Everything I received is higher quality than I expected. I wish the price were a little cheaper, only because I want to buy more tents, lights, and accessories. Unless you have a long table, I would recommend buying the tall lights. A 20" tent on a card table with long lights is the perfect temporary setup.

When I called about problems I was having with my jewelry photography they had me email them the photos, reviewed techniques with me to improve them and worked with me to order only the equipment I needed as I wanted to use the equipment I already had as much as I could. Fast delivery, order went out same day and delivered 2 days later. Wish the cube prices were less as that was too expensive to purchase.

    My order arrived quickly and very well packaged. The website is a wealth of information about table top photography. The items I purchased were very well made, break down and store in the provided carrying cases. My first attempt at my photos resulted in very professionnal looking photos....this I attirbute less to my photographic skills and more to the color balanced lighting and the EZcube and their instructional tutorials. I would most definitely recommend this product. The only SLIGHT drawback is that the 30" cube is difficult to wrap up in the tidy little compact package to fit back into the case; however, it can be knocked down to store flat with ease. This product will be a great asset to my business--I wish I had found it sooner!! ...
